5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1. Services: Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled session for a full refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days prior.

5.2. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

5.3. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be provided at our sole discretion.
